

x. so this week has been my spring break, but because of work i had to stay in ephraim. which honestly is fine, because its quiet down here & it was lovely to have some me-time all week.
x. it has actually been a really fun & productive week.
x. i finished a project for work that looks excellent & i am so so happy with.
x. i deep cleaned my room, did laundry, & packed up things i don't need in my apartment anymore.
x. i finally got to go out hiking. being in utah really does have its perks & oh my goodness i love this earth. it is the most incredible thing & being out in nature observing all the beauty, my oh my pure bliss.
x. i got to relax by watching friends & snacking on banana chips (which was so needed) & catch up on some homework, not as much as i should have. but some.
x. i've had more time so i've worked out everyday (i'd be pretty good about working out before but this week has really helped) & i finally started my 30 day yoga challenge for which i am beyond excited for
x. along with my exercise lately i have really been focusing on eating as healthy as i can, i juice almost everyday and make fruit & veggie smoothies. i've cut back completely on soda and i don't really eat anything processed anymore. it really is the best feeling being full on good healthful foods.
